Shipping Policy

Your items will ship in within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated on our Facebook page. Be sure to follow us for any possible delays.

Refund Policy

We understand that items may occasionally have defects. If you notice any defects, please let us know within 3 days of receiving the item and we will send you a paid return label and have you return the item. Once the item is returned we will either send a new item in its place or issue a refund. We ask for the item back in order to look over and send it back to the manufacturer for the issue to be resolved for future products. Any item with wash wear will not be refunded or replaced.
Please look over the item before placing it in wash. Below you’ll find helpful care instructions on how to properly wash the product in order to have the least wear on the material.

Care Instructions

To make sure the quality of the bamboo lasts the longest possible, follow these instructions:

• Turn garments inside out.
• Use laundry bags and wash with only other bamboo.
• Use gentle detergent w/o color additives, my personal favorite is Free and Clear.
• Wash with cold water and on delicate.
• Air dry or dry on low to no heat.
